Welcome to the Conscious Creativity Institute!

Consciousness through Culture
The Conscious Creativity Institute is grounded in the educational philosophy of developing Consciousness through Culture.
At the heart of this philosophy is the development of the Culture of Thought through Conscious Creativity – a process of Synthesis based on the Unity of natural sciences and humaneness, forming a harmonious way of cognizing the World through life activities.
The Culture of Thought is reflected in the way we learn, make choices, create, collaborate, and participate in everyday life. Through education, it becomes a foundation for conscious human activity and the Sustainable Development of Society, Economy, and Environment.
The Institute’s educational approach is based on the Author’s Concept of Conscious Creativity, developed by Olga Verasen, and its practical implementation through the Educational Technology and Author’s Programs and Materials.
Our Mission & What We Do:
To transform education from passive knowledge absorption into an adaptive, resilient framework for life – grounded in the Culture of Thought, psychological resilience, and humanity’s intrinsic unity with Nature.
The Conscious Creativity Institute is an international educational research center that develops programs, models, practices, and resources that connect philosophy with practical learning. Our work supports educational quality, adaptability, creative thinking, and collaboration across generations.
We bring natural science and humaneness into dialogue with fine arts and practical life experience through Systemic Thinking, Synthesis, and creativity.
Core Focus Areas
Interdisciplinary Curriculum Design (STEAM+): Integrating systemic, ecological, and prismatic thinking into educational frameworks, connecting natural science, humaneness, and fine arts.
Faculty & Educator Resilience: Providing teachers and educators with educational practices and resources that support mental well-being, stress management, cognitive flexibility, and professional resilience.
Family-School Synergy & Multi-Generational Ecosystems: Engaging parents, educators, and communities in shared learning and creativity through educational programs and models including “World in Me” and “Happy Home Studio”.
High-Demand Soft Skills & Emotional Balance: Developing analytical and critical thinking, cognitive flexibility, emotional intelligence, communication, and stress resilience.
Our Foundation: Philosophy, Concept & Technology
The Institute’s work follows an interconnected authorial framework developed by Olga Verasen:

↓
TECHNOLOGY: Developing the Culture of Thought through Systemic Thinking based on Synthesis and the Unity of natural science and humaneness.
↓
PRACTICE: Programs, Materials, and Models.

Conscious Creativity Philosophy
Consciousness through Culture
Education is a system of developing Consciousness through Culture by developing the Culture of Thought. The Culture of Thought is reflected in all spheres of our life activities, defining our Sustainable Development of Society, Economy, and Environment.
Conscious Creativity Concept
Sustainability through the Culture of Thought as Conscious Creation
Conscious Creativity is a process of developing the Culture of Thought as a foundation of human activities, defining our Sustainability as an Evolutionary way.
The Principles of Conscious Creativity:
- Freedom of Choice through Responsibility
- Independence through Unity
- Tolerance through Respect
- Activity through Improvement
Conscious Creativity Educational Technology
The Conscious Creativity Educational Technology is the practical implementation of Olga Verasen’s Author Concept.
The focus is on developing the Culture of Thought through Systemic Thinking based on Synthesis and the Unity of natural science and humaneness.
Feelings → Thought → Action → Result
Synthesis: The process of creating a new quality based on the previous achievements of a system under the influence of external and internal conditions. It is a fundamental process that determines the evolutionary development of a system and, ultimately, its viability.
Systemic Thinking: is an interdisciplinary approach to learning, cognition, and personal development that views objects, processes, and phenomena not as isolated elements, but as interconnected parts of a unified, dynamic system.
The Unity of natural science and humaneness harmonizes empirical inquiry (the Mind) with ethical, compassionate values (the Heart) to drive holistic consciousness. It posits that genuine human progress flourishes through the synergy of scientific rigor and moral responsibility, uniting intellect with ethical purpose.
Educational Goal: Supporting quality education for a Harmonious Life by improving the skills of conscious creation.
Educational Foundation: Conscious Creativity as a process of developing the Culture of Thought forming a harmonious way of cognizing the World through life activities.
Expected Impact: Supporting physical and mental well-being through the development of the Culture of Thought that is reflected in all spheres of our life, defining our Sustainable Development of Society, Economy, and Environment.
Programs, Materials, and Models
The Conscious Creativity Educational Technology is implemented through Olga Verasen’s Author Programs and Materials, encompassing educational programs, practices, models, multilingual books, and resources for creativity, writing, and art, adapted to different target audiences.
Tailored Educational and Coaching Programs
Olga Verasen’s author programs are built upon decades of extensive professional practice, interdisciplinary research, and advanced systemic coaching methodologies. Designed to meet the evolving demand of modern society, these programs are tailored to the specific goals, institutional contexts, and strategic needs of each organization. By seamlessly integrating into existing educational, community, or corporate frameworks, they empower teams and leaders to elevate operational quality, strengthen cognitive resilience, and navigate complex environments with adaptability and purpose.
Multilingual Books as an Educational Foundation
Olga Verasen’s multilingual fairy tale books and educational resources serve as a foundational multimodal element of the Conscious Creativity educational framework. They are designed to support high-quality education, nurture harmonious child development, and foster skills in conscious creation.
Through stories, illustrations, and creative activities, the books connect the development of the Culture of Thought with everyday life, supporting conscious choice, emotional intelligence, resilience, imagination, and creative thinking. They provide an essential resource base across numerous educational programs, family models, and creative practices.
Art and Prismatic Creative Vision
Original artwork is an integral part of these educational resources. Handcrafted illustrations created with traditional watercolors, pastels, acrylics, and gouache encourage children and adults to explore the World through images, colors, forms, and relationships.
Art supports the development of prismatic creative vision – the ability to explore a subject or experience from different perspectives, recognize interconnections, and discover new possibilities through creativity.

The “World in Me” creativity program, built upon the “Happy Home Studio” and “Wizard’s Workshops” models, serves as a primary example of how these multimodal assets are brought to life in educational and community practice.

The development of Consciousness is the development of the Culture of Thought based on unity with Nature and the balance between our inner and outer worlds. By creating a bridge between heart and mind and the foundation for Consciousness, we create a bridge to our future.
Economy and Ecology share the root “Eco”, referring to our Home – Earth. Like a tree, harmonious life development depends on strong roots and a supportive environment.
